Most data was from firm web sites, Wikipedia, and The New Venturers by John Wilson. Some data was taken from Venture Capital at the Crossroads, Creative Capital, Valley Boy, The Startup Game, and Elfer's Greylock. Other sources are in with the rest of the data as 'cites'; you can see them in the data source or in edit mode.
